Management system
A system used to track the lifecycle of parliamentary documents—including Bills, Annual Reports, Motions, Committee Reports, and Hansard—through each parliamentary session. It helps generate the Clerk’s Minute, archives Parliament’s documents, and makes them available to the Parliament website and mobile app through an API.
Mobile application
A mobile application created to bring Parliament closer to people on their phones.
Internal platform
An internal digital workspace created for Parliament’s staff and day-to-day work.
Public website
A public-facing website created to present Parliament and make parliamentary information accessible online.
AI document assistant
A live document assistant for Vanuatu legal documents, with plain-language questions and answers grounded in source documents. Custom Kenus can add personal or organisational documents while retaining access to the legal database.
Transcription application
An application created to support the preparation of Hansard transcripts of parliamentary proceedings.
