talo. is my software studio based in Port Vila, Vanuatu. As a Vanuatu developer currently working at the Parliament of the Republic of Vanuatu, I create websites, custom applications, and digital tools that help organisations work more efficiently. Many of the applications featured in the portfolio were developed through my work, and I specialise in artificial intelligence.
